Payments should be in cash and or by cheque payable to’ FRESHLY MAIDS cleaning services’ on the day of cleaning after the job is completed , except for regular customers or unless agreed.
The client must provide electricity and running water at the premises where the service is conducted.
Failure to provide these is subject to cancellation of the entire booking with a non-refundable fee up to 100% of the amount for the total hours of service booked.
The client is responsible for providing access to their property at the scheduled time. If keys are provided they must open and close all locks without any special effort or skills. Please make sure you switch off your cooker and oven or set the heat to minimum from the previous day in order for us to clean it without any risk of injury
‘Freshly maids cleaning services’ has the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where an accident or any unexpected circumstances have be fallen the assigned cleaning team.
We reserve the right to refuse any cleaning job if the condition of the property is hazardous to the health and well-being of our operatives.
The client can cancel or reschedule the scheduled service by giving at least a 12 hours notice. Failure to provide us with the needed notice will result with fees of up to 50% charge of the total hours booked.
No refund claims will be considered once the cleaning service has been carried out.
All services shall be deemed to have been carried out to the client’s satisfaction unless written notice is received by ‘FRESHLY MAIDS cleaning services’ Dubai, with details of the compliant within 6 hours of the work being completed, we will fully investigate any compliant and attempt to resolve it to the satisfaction of the client or alternatively to a reasonable standard. The client agrees to allow the company back to re-clean and inspect any disputed areas/items before arranging a third party to carry out services.
In case of any other claim regarding loss/damage/missing items(s) to property by our staff, ‘Freshly Maids cleaning services’ will not be responsible for any claims whatsoever .In these circumstances, clients must inform us before the staff leaves their premises.
All Freezers must be defrosted in advance. As the time scales for defrosting will not enable us to thoroughly clean it. ‘Freshly Maids’ shall not liable for the shrinkage of carpets as a result of poor fitting.
We shall not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of the client placing furniture on a carpet which has not completely dried.
We are not responsible for any existing damage to the client’s property in the form of old stains/burns/spillages and etc. which cannot be cleaned/removed completely by the cleaning operative using the industry standard cleaning methods.
We are not responsible for damage due to faulty or improper installation of items. Please inform us of any items in your home/facility that requires this type of attention. The maids will immediately notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during each job. In the event that the client finds any damage in the house as a result of our cleaning service, the client must notify us before the cleaning staff leaving your premises or the client will be denied compensation. By using our service you agree that our liability to you for any reason whatsoever, and for any damages direct, consequential or otherwise shall be limited to 1000.AED per customer.
